List shared partials
GET/partials
The organisation's shared partials, without their source. A template includes one by name with
its engine's syntax ({% include "letterhead" %} in Jinja2 and Liquid, {{> letterhead}} in
Handlebars); a partial of the template version with the same name wins, and only partials of
the template's own engine are found. Renders always use the current source. Needs
template:read.
