Update a webhook endpoint

Changes the fields the body names and keeps the others; at least one is needed, and the secret stays. enabled: true switches an endpoint on again that was turned off after five events in a row whose retries were exhausted, and resets its failure count. The secret cannot be rotated: create a new endpoint and delete the old one. An unknown id answers 404 not_found. Needs webhook:manage.

Not found for the key: not_found, or template_not_found for a template or version. Templates, renders, files and webhooks are looked up in the workspace of the key, shared partials and workspaces in its organisation.
