Helper reference
Generated from the helper definitions in packages/engine by apps/docs/scripts/gen-helpers.ts; do not edit by hand.
Helpers are registered in all three engines with the same names and semantics, but not with the same syntax: Jinja2 passes filter arguments in parentheses ({{ value | money("EUR") }}) and can call a helper as a function, Liquid passes them after a colon ({{ value | money: "EUR" }}) and has no object literals, and Handlebars passes them positionally with hash arguments ({{money value "EUR"}}, width=120). Every row therefore gives the call in all three; each one is rendered by helper-examples.spec.ts, so what you copy runs.
Formatting
Money, numbers and dates follow the template locale, timezone and currency from the settings unless an argument overrides them.
Text
String helpers, Markdown and translations through the template dictionaries.
Collections
Aggregation and grouping of arrays; all of them work on the objects of your data.
Logic
Comparisons and boolean logic. Jinja2 and Liquid have operators for these; in Handlebars they are the only way to write a condition such as {{#if (gt invoice.total 1000)}}. Liquid takes no filter inside a condition, so its examples assign the comparison first.
Codes
QR codes, barcodes and the SEPA credit transfer QR (GiroCode) as inline SVG data URIs.
Document
Page breaks, images and charts. asset resolves a name in the workspace file library (the Files page, or POST /files); a relative image path resolves against the same library.
