Archive a template

/templates/:id

Archives the template: it leaves GET /templates, the Templates API answers 404 for it, and renders of it answer 404 template_not_found within a minute. Nothing is deleted, and the template can be restored in the app. Archived templates do not count against the plan's template limit. Needs template:write.

Not found for the key: not_found, or template_not_found for a template or version. Templates, renders, files and webhooks are looked up in the workspace of the key, shared partials and workspaces in its organisation.
