Delete a shared partial
DELETE/partials/:name
Removes the partial. Templates that still include it fail to render with a template error
until the include is removed or a partial of that name exists again. A name that does not
match the pattern answers 400. Needs template:write.

Not found for the key: not_found, or template_not_found for a template or version. Templates, renders, files and webhooks are looked up in the workspace of the key, shared partials and workspaces in its organisation.
