Send an event again

/webhooks/events/:id/resend

Sends a stored event (evt_…, delivered or not) again as a new delivery to a registered endpoint (webhook:manage) or a running listen session (webhook:listen). An event the workspace does not have, or an unknown or disabled endpoint, answers 404 not_found; a session that has ended 410 listen_session_ended. An endpoint_id that is no UUID answers 400 invalid_request.
