Send a test event
POST/webhooks/:id/test
Queues a webhook.test event to this endpoint alone, signed like every delivery, whatever events it subscribes to. A disabled endpoint receives nothing, so its test answers 409 conflict; switch it on first. An unknown id answers 404 not_found. Needs webhook:manage.

The test event is queued; the delivery log shows its outcome.
Not found for the key: not_found, or template_not_found for a template or version. Templates, renders, files and webhooks are looked up in the workspace of the key, shared partials and workspaces in its organisation.
