listen_session_ended

HTTP 410 · code: "listen_session_ended" · type: https://docs.formfeed.dev/errors/listen-session-ended

The formfeed listen session is gone: the CLI was stopped or stayed disconnected until its lease of about two minutes ran out, a new session of the same key or member replaced it, or someone ended it in the app or with DELETE /webhooks/listen/{id}.

Common causes​

  • formfeed webhooks resend or POST /webhooks/events/{id}/resend with the id of a session that has stopped.
  • A second formfeed listen with the same key or login, which ends the first one.
  • The session was ended on the Webhooks page of the app.

Deliveries Formfeed still had for the session end with this status too, and are not retried. While a session lives but no CLI is connected, its deliveries wait and are retried instead.

How to fix it​

  • Start formfeed listen again. With the same API key the new session keeps the signing secret, so your local server needs no change.
  • Send the event to the new session. See Develop webhooks locally.

Retry?​

No. The session does not come back; start a new one.
